Membership Tiers

All memberships and in-game benefits are provided as digital goods and services. Purchase transactions are processed securely through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's service agreements and acceptable use policies. Refund Policy: All membership purchases are non-refundable and final. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase to support@cloudredstone.com with your transaction ID and order number. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. CloudRedstone reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Memberships are non-transferable. CloudRedstone is operated and maintained by the CloudRedstone Management team, an independent fan project not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation.
